My Yum Audio plugins are not displaying correctly on my Windows machine...
If you’re using Yum Audio plugins on Windows, you might experience the issue of having the plugin’s interface displayed incorrectly. The plugin interface might appear smaller than it is in reality, while the rest of the window is blacked out, like in the image below.

This makes our plugins unusable because, even though the knobs and controls appear differently, they are still placed correctly inside the window… In other words, the image of the knob (or button) you need to click on and the actual place you need to click on are not aligned.
There are a few solutions to fix this issue.
Solution A — Change your Display Scaling
In your Settings in Windows, go to Display.
Set your display scaling to 100% (see screenshot below).

Solution B — Disable OpenGL
The second solution for fixing the plugin display issue on Windows is to disable OpenGL on one of the Yum Audio plugin installers.
Important!
It’s enough to disable OpenGL on a single installer, even if you own more than one Yum Audio plugin. Disabling OpenGL on one of the installers will automatically disable it on all others.
To do this:
- Launch the installer
- Disable OpenGL (see screenshot below)
- Agree to the license terms and click on Install to reinstall the plugin, this time with OpenGL disabled

Once you’ve applied either Solution A or Solution B, all your Yum Audio plugins should display properly.
