How can I pause/cancel my YumPass plan?

To pause your plan, go to the license section of your account and find the active plan you want to pause. Click on MANAGE, then choose "Cancel my subscription" and confirm with "Yes."

Your plan will show as canceled, meaning it will end on the next renewal date. This effectively pauses your plan.

You can resume it anytime by returning to the same section and selecting the option to un-cancel.

Your accumulated loyalty months will be saved while your plan is paused.

Note: Prices might change if your YumPass is paused.
