Can I switch from my monthly plan to a yearly plan? Or yearly to monthly?

Unfortunately, you cannot switch directly between plans. If you wish to change your plan, you would need to cancel your current plan and sign up for the new one. Rest assured, all your accumulated loyalty months are saved and will be kept when you change to a new plan.
