Sorry about that. The emails will be sent to the mail address you used to register your Yum Audio account during checkout or signing up. Make sure to check your spam / junk folder to see that nothing got lost in there. If you still don’t see an email from us, it’s possible there was a typo when your email was entered, or your email address has a unique domain that doesn’t accept these emails from our server.


Note: Most likely the functionalities you are looking for (downloading, licenses & activations) are available to you directly through your Yum Audio account at yum-audio.com. So make sure to log in and see if you can resolve your issue from there.
